Because every item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered. We will make it right if something went wrong on our side.
We replace or refund when:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The print is wrong, faded or misplaced.
- You received the wrong item, size or color.
- The package is lost in transit.
How to request
- Email support@valnexllc.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and label.
- We review and reply within 2 business days.
Resolution
Approved claims receive a free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, before the item goes into production.
